Allefin

**Allefin** is a Polish fixed-dose topical gel developed and manufactured by Hasco-Lek. Each gram contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride 20 mg, a first-generation H1 antihistamine that suppresses histamine-mediated itch and allergic skin responses, and lidocaine hydrochloride 10 mg, a local anesthetic that blocks voltage-gated sodium channels to provide local analgesia. It is indicated for symptomatic treatment of pruritic contact allergic and inflammatory skin lesions caused by external exposures, including insect and arachnid bites or stings, contact with plants such as nettles or ivy, and jellyfish stings; it is used in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older.
