The 'allergenic extract of Dermatophagoides' is a biological allergen extract developed by LOFARMA, an Italian pharmaceutical company specializing in allergy products. The active ingredient is a standardized extract derived from Dermatophagoides house dust mites (most likely Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and/or Dermatophagoides farinae), which are among the most common indoor allergen sources.
