Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ALLLIFE CAR-NK PSMA (often appearing as ALLLIFE CAR-NK PMSA in company literature) is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by All Life Biotechnology. The therapy is designed to target Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that is highly overexpressed in nearly all prostate cancer cells, particularly in advanced and metastatic stages. By engineering NK cells to express a CAR specific to PSMA, the treatment aims to direct the innate cytotoxic activity of NK cells toward malignant prostate tissue. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of prostatic cancer.
