Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Allo-cel is a first-in-class allogeneic cell therapy developed by Biosyngen for the treatment of multiple solid and liquid tumors. As an "off-the-shelf" immunotherapy, Allo-cel is derived from healthy donor cells, aiming to provide a more accessible and cost-effective alternative to autologous cell therapies. The product leverages Biosyngen's proprietary technology platforms, such as M-CEL for automated manufacturing and potentially SUPER-T for safety through conditional activation in the tumor microenvironment. Allo-cel is designed to target a broad spectrum of malignancies and is currently in the preclinical stage, with clinical trials expected to commence in 2024.
