Allogeneic adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (allogeneic AD-MSCs or ADSCs) are multipotent stromal cells isolated from the adipose (fat) tissue of healthy donors and administered to unrelated recipients. These cells possess high regenerative potential and immunomodulatory properties, making them attractive for a range of therapeutic applications. Allogeneic AD-MSCs can differentiate into various cell types including osteoblasts, chondrocytes, and adipocytes. Their primary mechanisms include modulation of immune responses and promotion of tissue repair through paracrine signaling and direct differentiation. They have been investigated in clinical trials for conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, bone defects, wound healing, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders, and other indications where regeneration or immune modulation is needed[1][4][5]. Unlike autologous therapies (from the same patient), these products are derived from donor fat tissue—enabling off-the-shelf use.
