**Allogeneic bone marrow cells + splenocytes** is an experimental cell-based combination therapy involving the co-infusion of donor-derived bone marrow cells (containing hematopoietic stem cells and CD8+ T cells) with splenocytes (spleen-derived immune cells including T cells) primarily studied in preclinical mouse models for treating B-cell lymphoma/leukemia like BCL1. The bone marrow CD8+ TCRαβ+ T cells mediate selective elimination of host lymphohematopoietic cells (both normal and malignant) to achieve complete donor chimerism and tumor eradication in nonmyeloablated hosts without causing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in nonlymphohematopoietic tissues, unlike splenocytes or blood mononuclear cells which induce lethal GVHD. This approach leverages high-dose mismatched bone marrow for engraftment and anti-tumor effects via graft-versus-tumor activity, with minimal contribution from CD8+ non-T facilitator cells.
