Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Allogeneic CD3-depleted CD19-enriched B-cell concentrate is an investigational adoptive cellular immunotherapy developed by Universitätsklinikum Erlangen. It consists of GMP-manufactured, cryopreserved B-lymphocytes derived from healthy, donor-identical stem cell donors. The manufacturing process utilizes the CliniMACS system for a two-step immunomagnetic separation: first depleting T cells (CD3+) and then positively selecting B cells (CD19+). The product is intended for patients following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to accelerate the reconstitution of humoral immunity and enhance vaccine responses.
