Overview

GDKM-100 is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of allogeneic (donor-derived) gamma delta (γδ) T cells. Upon administration, these γδ T cells secrete interferon-gamma and directly kill tumor cells. They also activate the immune system to induce a cytotoxic T lymphocyte response against tumor cells[1][2]. The therapy is being developed primarily for the treatment of liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). Gamma delta T cell therapies are considered to bridge innate and adaptive immunity by recognizing stress-induced molecules on tumor or infected cells independently of MHC presentation[6][8]. The developer is Guangdong GD Kongming Biotech.
