Overview

Allogeneic HB-adMSCs are a cell therapy product consisting of culture-expanded, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) developed by Hope Biosciences. Unlike autologous treatments, these cells are sourced from healthy donors and manufactured using a proprietary, standardized cell culture process designed to produce high volumes of consistent, repeatable MSCs. The therapy leverages the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of MSCs, which migrate to sites of injury or inflammation to secrete bioactive molecules that inhibit inflammatory processes and promote tissue repair. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for a variety of conditions, including traumatic and nontraumatic brain injury, Multiple System Atrophy, Crohn's disease, and COVID-19.
