A combination cell therapy product comprising allogeneic stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) and a hyaluronic acid polymer scaffold. Developed by the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, the treatment is designed for pulp regeneration in permanent teeth affected by pulp necrosis. SHED are highly proliferative mesenchymal stem cells capable of differentiating into various cell types, including odontoblasts. The hyaluronic acid component acts as a supportive matrix to facilitate cell delivery, survival, and tissue integration within the root canal, aiming to restore the biological function and vitality of the tooth.
