Allogeneic platelet-rich plasma (soluble platelet factors) is a cell-derived therapeutic product developed and manufactured by the Republican Research and Practical Center of Transfusion and Medical Biotechnologies in Belarus. It is composed of a concentrated extract of soluble growth factors and cytokines—such as PDGF, TGF-beta, and VEGF—derived from donor platelets. This formulation is designed to stimulate tissue regeneration, accelerate wound healing, and modulate inflammatory responses by providing essential signaling molecules to the site of injury. Classified as a cell-derived medical device, it has reached approved status in Belarus for clinical applications involving tissue repair and inflammation management.
