Allogenic adipose mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes are extracellular vesicles secreted by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) sourced from donor (allogeneic) human adipose tissue. These exosomes contain a variety of bioactive molecules such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that mediate intercellular communication. They have demonstrated potential in modulating inflammation, promoting tissue regeneration, enhancing cell proliferation, and inducing angiogenesis. Mechanistically, these exosomes exert therapeutic effects through paracrine signaling rather than direct cellular engraftment. Clinical studies have explored their use in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's disease—where intranasal administration was found to be safe and showed cognitive improvement—as well as in conditions involving tissue or organ damage and respiratory diseases such as COVID-19-related complications[1][2][3].
