Allogenic adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent stromal cells isolated from the adipose tissue of human donors other than the recipient. They exert therapeutic activity mainly through paracrine secretion of immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, pro-angiogenic, and trophic factors. These cells promote tissue repair, modulate local immune responses, and may enhance endogenous regeneration in settings such as ischemic vascular disease, neurodegeneration, and diabetes. Mechanistically, these stem cells can suppress inflammatory cytokine release, support regulatory T cell expansion, stimulate angiogenesis, and reduce tissue fibrosis. They are under investigation primarily as cell therapy for disorders where conventional interventions are insufficient, including critical limb ischemia, acute ischemic stroke, neurological malignancies such as recurrent glioblastoma, and diabetes. Treatment can be administered via intramuscular, intravenous, or intratumoral delivery depending on indication and study design[1][2][3][4].
