**AlloGraf** is an investigational, universal, permanently engrafting and immune-tolerant bilayered living human skin equivalent developed by Escape Therapeutics for partial thickness wounds. The product incorporates Escape's MorphoGel scaffold with PluraStem-derived fibroblasts and epidermal progenitors in a defined animal-free protein and/or synthetic biocompatible polymer matrix, with the aim of providing an off-the-shelf skin-replacement therapy usable across HLA types without HLA matching or adjunctive immunosuppression.
