Overview

AlloNK (AB-101) is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic, non-genetically modified natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Artiva Biotherapeutics. Derived from umbilical cord blood and cryopreserved for on-demand use, AlloNK is designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) when administered in combination with monoclonal antibodies. By leveraging the innate power of NK cells to recognize and destroy target cells, particularly those opsonized by antibodies, AlloNK aims to treat B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Its manufacturing process allows for large-scale production and consistent potency across batches, providing a scalable alternative to autologous cell therapies.
