Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AlloRx Stem Cells is an allogeneic umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC) product developed by Vitro Biopharma. Manufactured under cGMP conditions, these cells are designed to leverage the immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative properties inherent to mesenchymal stem cells. The therapy is being investigated for a diverse range of indications, including COVID-19 (to address cytokine storms and lung injury), Pitt Hopkins Syndrome (a rare neurodevelopmental disorder), and various musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, ACL/MCL tears, and herniated discs. Vitro Biopharma has established international partnerships for clinical trials and patient treatments in jurisdictions including the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands, while also pursuing regulatory pathways with the FDA in the United States.
