AlloVax is a personalized anti-cancer vaccine combination therapy developed by Immunovative Therapies. It consists of two primary components: **AlloStim**, an investigational living cell product comprising bioengineered allogeneic Th1-like immune cells derived from healthy donors, and **CRCL** (Chaperone Rich Cell Lysate), a personalized vaccine component derived from the patient's own tumor. AlloStim acts as a potent adjuvant by providing inflammatory "danger signals" through intentional mismatching with the patient's immune system, while CRCL provides a source of tumor-specific antigens and heat shock proteins (HSPs). The combination is designed to overcome tumor-induced immune suppression and stimulate a systemic, Th1-mediated anti-tumor immune response. It has been evaluated in clinical trials for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
