Alodase

**Alodase** is a Wellmed Pharma branded fixed-dose oral tablet containing aceclofenac 100 mg, paracetamol 325 mg, and serratiopeptidase 15 mg. Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits cyclooxygenase-mediated prostaglandin synthesis; paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic activity through incompletely resolved, predominantly central mechanisms that include cyclooxygenase-pathway modulation; and serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme used for anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effects.
