**Aloneb** is an approved oral fixed-dose combination antihypertensive product marketed by **Istituto Lusofarmaco d'Italia** for the treatment of **essential hypertension**. The product contains **nebivolol**, a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker with vasodilatory activity linked to nitric oxide pathways, and **hydrochlorothiazide**, a thiazide diuretic that lowers blood pressure by inhibiting renal sodium chloride reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubule.
