Overview

ALPHA-5 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by Pasithea Therapeutics. It targets alpha-5 beta-1 integrin and is being investigated for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis (MS), and other neuroinflammatory disorders. Pasithea Therapeutics acquired the asset, which was originally developed by Alpha-5 integrin, with the aim of filing an Investigational New Drug (IND) application by the end of 2023.
