Alpha37 is an investigational CD37-targeting radioimmunoconjugate that couples a chimeric anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody (NNV003) to the alpha-particle–emitting radionuclide lead-212 to deliver highly localized cytotoxic radiation to malignant B cells expressing CD37, particularly in hematologic malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.[3][5][7][13][14][16] Preclinical studies have shown that a single injection of 212Pb-NNV003 can be well tolerated and induce potent anti-tumor effects and survival benefits in CD37-positive leukemia models, including activity in ibrutinib-resistant chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, supporting its development as a next-generation targeted alpha therapy for resistant or refractory B‑cell malignancies.[1][3][5][7][9][13][16]
