Alutard SQ Timothy + vitamin D

This investigational combination treatment approach for grass pollen-induced allergic rhinitis consists of intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILIT) using Alutard SQ Timothy (a grass pollen allergen extract) enhanced by a pre-treatment with high-dose Vitamin D3 (Vicotrat D3). The treatment involves three intralymphatic injections of the allergen extract following a single intramuscular injection of Vitamin D administered four weeks prior. The approach aims to induce long-term immune tolerance more efficiently than standard sublingual or subcutaneous immunotherapy by delivering allergens directly into the lymph nodes.
