ALY-102 is a topical therapeutic candidate being developed by Alys Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of chronic hand eczema and atopic dermatitis. The drug utilizes a proprietary CMAP (Crystalline Micro-Array Particle) particle suspension gel delivery platform, which is designed to optimize the delivery of the active pharmaceutical ingredient into the skin. Originally part of the Granular Therapeutics pipeline before its acquisition by Alys, ALY-102 is currently in IND-enabling studies, with a Phase 1/2 clinical trial application expected in the second half of 2026.
