Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ALY-301 is a first-in-class, cis-targeting bispecific antibody designed to selectively target and deplete mast cells by binding both c-Kit (CD117) and CD-203c. This dual targeting confers high selectivity for mast cells over other c-Kit positive cell types, aiming to minimize off-target effects and improve safety compared to conventional c-Kit inhibitors. The drug is being developed by Alys Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of Cold Urticaria—a subtype of Chronic Inducible Urticaria—and potentially other mast cell-mediated diseases such as chronic spontaneous urticaria. Its differentiated mechanism is expected to enable safe, chronic dosing in multiple allergic or mast-cell dependent conditions[1][3][6].
