Overview

AMB-101 is an allogeneic cell therapy developed by Ambulero, Inc., consisting of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) that are ex vivo transduced to express E-selectin. Known as "Supercharged MSCs," this therapy is designed to treat non-healing wounds and ischemic diseases, such as limb ischemia, by leveraging E-selectin's ability to promote neovascularization and enhance the homing of repair cells to damaged vascular tissues. The therapy has demonstrated the ability to reverse impaired wound healing in animal models and is currently in preclinical development.
