Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AMB303 is a ROR1-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being co-developed by Aimed Bio and GeneQuantum Healthcare. The molecule is designed to treat various solid tumors, including lung cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer, by specifically targeting Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1). AMB303 utilizes the AMB402 camptothecin payload, which acts as a topoisomerase I inhibitor to induce DNA damage and apoptosis in tumor cells upon internalization. The development of AMB303 involves a strategic partnership with Samsung Biologics for manufacturing and co-development. As of late 2023, the program is in the IND-enabling phase, moving toward clinical evaluation.
