AMB306 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed through a collaboration between Aimed Bio and GeneQuantum Healthcare. Designed for the treatment of solid tumors, the asset is currently in the candidate selection phase. AMB306 utilizes GeneQuantum's proprietary intelligent Gene-engineered Drug Conjugate (iGDC) platform, which employs site-specific enzymatic conjugation technology to ensure high homogeneity and stability of the drug-linker-antibody complex.
