Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AMB307 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed through a collaboration between Aimed Bio and GeneQuantum Healthcare for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate utilizes GeneQuantum's proprietary intelligent Ligase-dependent Conjugation (iGDC) platform, which enables the production of site-specific, homogeneous ADCs with improved stability and a wider therapeutic window compared to conventional random conjugation methods. By employing a bispecific antibody backbone, AMB307 is designed to simultaneously target two distinct tumor-associated antigens, potentially enhancing tumor selectivity and overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. As of 2024, the program is in the candidate selection stage of preclinical development.
