Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AMB308 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed through a collaboration between **Aimed Bio** and **GeneQuantum Healthcare**. The therapeutic is designed for the treatment of various solid tumors using a dual-targeting approach to enhance tumor specificity and overcome potential resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. AMB308 utilizes GeneQuantum's proprietary **iGDC (intelligent Gene-engineered Drug Conjugate)** platform, which enables site-specific conjugation to produce a homogeneous drug product with a stable drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR). As of 2024, the program is in the candidate selection phase of preclinical development, following the lead assets in the series (such as AMB301 and AMB302) which target FGFR3 in combination with other tumor-associated antigens.
