Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ambiotech's Bio-Pulsed Exosome therapy is an extracellular vesicle (EV)-based biologic modality currently in preclinical development for the treatment of degenerative arthritis (osteoarthritis). Developed by Ascension Medical Biotechnology (Ambiotech), the therapy utilizes proprietary 'Bio-Pulsed' technology to produce functionally induced exosomes derived from SPF chicken embryonic mesenchymal cells. These exosomes are designed to deliver bioactive growth factors and anti-inflammatory agents to the joint environment, promoting tissue repair and reducing inflammation. The manufacturing process employs high-efficiency ultra-purification technology to ensure high purity (up to 99.99%) and potency of the therapeutic vesicles. The therapy is being developed in collaboration with various medical institutions and universities.
