AMCNP (AML cell membrane-coated nanoparticle) is a cancer vaccine platform designed to prevent relapse after chemotherapy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. It consists of immune-stimulatory adjuvant-loaded nanoparticles, specifically poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) cores, coated with leukemic cell membrane material. This design allows for the co-delivery of membrane-associated antigens and adjuvants, such as CpG oligodeoxynucleotide 1826 (a Toll-like receptor 9 agonist), to antigen-presenting cells (APCs), thereby stimulating leukemia-specific immune responses and enhancing T cell expansion and effector function.
