AMG 410 + panitumumab

AMG 410 + panitumumab is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS alterations. AMG 410 is an oral small molecule in early-phase clinical trials, while panitumumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
