Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AMG 820 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of AMG 820, a fully human antagonistic IgG2 monoclonal antibody targeting CSF1R (colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor), and pembrolizumab (KEYTRUDA), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1). This combination was designed to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously targeting tumor-associated macrophages through CSF1R inhibition and activating T lymphocytes through PD-1 blockade. The recommended dose was 1100 mg AMG 820 plus 200 mg pembrolizumab administered intravenously every 3 weeks.
