It is designed to modulate immune responses through the use of specific microbial strains, metabolites, or related compounds. The program is currently in the preclinical stage, targeting Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and various other autoimmune diseases. AMI-1100 represents an expansion of the company's pipeline beyond its Phase 1 candidates, AMI-1010 and AMI-1030.
