Aminazin

Aminazin is a first-generation antipsychotic (neuroleptic) developed and marketed by Valenta Pharmaceuticals. Its active ingredient is chlorpromazine, a phenothiazine derivative small molecule. Aminazin primarily functions by blocking postsynaptic dopaminergic receptors in the mesolimbic structures of the brain, which helps alleviate psychotic symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations.
