Amino acids injection

Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical's amino acid injection is a sterile, non-pyrogenic solution containing a mixture of essential and non-essential amino acids (including formulations with 15 amino acids and 2 dipeptides) designed for intravenous administration. It is indicated for parenteral nutrition and nutritional support in patients who are unable to receive adequate nutrition through enteral routes, such as those with gastrointestinal failure, severe malnutrition, or high catabolic states following surgery or trauma. The solution works by directly supplying the necessary building blocks for protein synthesis, thereby promoting a positive nitrogen balance, preventing muscle wasting, and supporting overall metabolic function. As a foundational component of parenteral nutrition, it is often administered alongside glucose and lipid emulsions to provide a complete nutritional regimen.
