amitriptyline + clomipramine + imipramine

This is a combination of three tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs): amitriptyline, clomipramine, and imipramine. All three are small molecule drugs that act primarily by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the central nervous system, thereby increasing their synaptic concentrations. Amitriptyline is indicated for depressive illness and chronic pain syndromes; it has strong anticholinergic and sedative properties[3][4]. Clomipramine is most notable for its use in obsessive-compulsive disorder but also treats depression, panic disorder, chronic pain (especially tension-type headache), cataplexy associated with narcolepsy, and other conditions[5].
