**Amladex** is a prescription-dispensed oral dietary vitamin supplement from Misemer Pharmaceutical for clinical dietary management of suboptimal nutritional status when advanced folate supplementation and nutritional support during physiologically stressful conditions are needed. Each tablet combines ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol, thiamine, pyridoxal phosphate, folic acid, methylcobalamin, reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, and ubiquinone. It is supplied as a coated tablet and is intended for use under supervision of a licensed medical practitioner.
