Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Amnio Restore is a human amniotic fluid-derived biologic allograft developed and manufactured by BioLab Sciences. It is obtained from the amniotic fluid of healthy donors during scheduled Cesarean sections. The product is processed into a sterile, injectable liquid that retains a concentrated profile of essential growth factors, cytokines, and proteins, including prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), WNT4, growth differentiation factor 11 (GDF-11), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-B). Amnio Restore is utilized in regenerative medicine to modulate inflammatory responses, promote cellular proliferation, and facilitate tissue repair and regeneration. It is primarily applied in clinical settings for wound care, orthopedics, and the treatment of soft tissue injuries.
