Overview

AmnioCore is a dehydrated human amnion/chorion membrane (dHACM) allograft developed by Stability Biologics for the management of chronic, non-healing wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) and venous leg ulcers (VLU). It is categorized as a cellular, acellular, and matrix-like product (CAMP). The allograft is derived from donated human placental tissue and processed using proprietary methods to preserve the natural extracellular matrix (ECM), growth factors, and cytokines essential for tissue regeneration. AmnioCore serves as a biological scaffold that facilitates cellular migration and proliferation, modulates inflammation, and provides a protective barrier to promote wound closure. It is available in various configurations, including multi-layered versions like Amnio Quad-Core and Amnio Tri-Core, to address different clinical needs.
