Each component has established use individually or in dual/triple combinations for various infections (e.g., dental infections, periodontitis, Clostridioides difficile infection), but the quadruple regimen would be highly unusual due to overlapping spectra, increased risk of adverse effects (including disruption of normal flora), drug interactions, and potential for resistance development[1][2][3][5].
