AMP-02

AMP-02 is a bispecific antibody-based therapeutic developed by Reverb Therapeutics using its proprietary Amplifier™ platform. It is designed to treat HER2-positive solid tumors by redirecting endogenous Interleukin-15 (IL-15) to the tumor microenvironment. The molecule features a dual-binding mechanism: one arm targets the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) on cancer cells, while the other arm binds to the naturally occurring IL-15/IL-15Rα complex in the circulation. By localizing endogenous cytokines rather than administering exogenous ones, AMP-02 aims to concentrate IL-15 signaling within the tumor to activate and expand tumor-infiltrating T cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. This approach is intended to enhance anti-tumor immunity while avoiding the systemic toxicity and immunogenicity typically associated with systemic cytokine therapies.
