Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AMP-203 + AMP-506 is a preclinical injectable therapeutic combination being developed by Amplifica Studio for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (hair loss). The program is based on the research of Dr. Maksim Plikus, who identified osteopontin as a key signaling molecule that drives excessive hair growth in hairy moles and induces hair follicle reactivation. AMP-203 is an osteopontin-based compound, while AMP-506 is a companion molecule administered alongside it to enhance or support its activity. The treatment is delivered via intradermal injection to stimulate dormant hair follicles.
