**AMP-CD19** is an investigational **lymph node-targeted amphiphile peptide immunotherapy** developed by **Elicio Therapeutics** to augment the activity of **CD19-directed CAR-T cells** rather than function as a standalone cytotoxic drug. It consists of a **surrogate peptide ligand mimotope** that binds FMC63-based anti-CD19 CAR constructs and is modified with Elicio's amphiphile technology to bind albumin, traffic to lymph nodes after **subcutaneous** administration, and decorate endogenous antigen-presenting cells. This in turn provides in vivo stimulation of transferred CAR-T cells, with reported preclinical effects including enhanced CAR-T activation, expansion, persistence, cytokine production, and effector function. The program has been described for **B-cell malignancies**, particularly **diffuse large B-cell lymphoma** and **acute lymphoblastic leukemia**, but available public information appears to remain **preclinical/partnering-stage** rather than showing established clinical development as a standalone approved product.
