AMP886

AMP886 is a small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor discovered by Canthera Discovery (formerly Cancer Therapeutics CRC) and licensed to Amplia Therapeutics. Unlike highly selective FAK inhibitors, AMP886 is designed as a multi-action molecule that simultaneously targets Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK), FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 3 (VEGFR3). This broad inhibitory profile is intended to disrupt key signaling pathways involved in tumor progression, metastasis, and the fibrotic tumor microenvironment. AMP886 is currently being evaluated for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically pancreatic and ovarian cancers, as well as chronic fibrotic conditions.
