Overview

Amplifine (also known as Amplifine PRP) is an autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) product used in regenerative medicine and aesthetic procedures. Originally developed by Suneva Medical and acquired by Tiger Aesthetics Medical (a division of Tiger BioSciences) in October 2024, the system is designed to concentrate platelets from a patient's own peripheral blood. Upon injection into target tissues, these concentrated platelets release a variety of growth factors—including PDGF, TGF-β, and VEGF—from their alpha granules. These factors stimulate cellular proliferation, angiogenesis, and collagen production, leading to tissue repair and skin rejuvenation. It is primarily utilized for aesthetic indications such as soft tissue augmentation and the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles.
