Overview

AMS-2140 is a preclinical-stage small molecule antiviral candidate being developed by AMS BioteQ. It is designed to target viral non-structural proteins (NS1 through NS5), which are essential for viral replication and immune evasion. The drug is currently being investigated for the treatment of Dengue virus and H5N1 avian influenza. By targeting these conserved non-structural proteins, AMS-2140 aims to inhibit the viral life cycle across multiple stages.
