AMS2434

AMS2434 is a specialized nutritional supplement composed of a specific mixture of essential amino acids (EAAs) and tyrosine, designed to address muscle atrophy (sarcopenia) and dopamine deficiency in patients with Parkinson's disease. The formulation is engineered to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and promote brain dopamine production while minimizing interference with the transport of L-DOPA, a common challenge when Parkinson's patients consume standard dietary protein. AMS2434 also works to lower plasma tryptophan levels, thereby reducing the production of kynurenine, a metabolite implicated in the development of sarcopenia.
