Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Amsoki-cel (OBX-115) is an investigational autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy engineered to express membrane-bound interleukin-15 (mbIL15). Developed by Obsidian Therapeutics using their cytoTIL15™ platform, the therapy is designed to enhance TIL persistence and anti-tumor activity within the tumor microenvironment. By providing a localized, regulated IL-15 signal, amsoki-cel aims to eliminate the need for the high-dose systemic interleukin-2 (IL-2) typically required with conventional TIL therapies, thereby reducing systemic toxicity. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for patients with advanced melanoma and other solid tumors.
