AMT-151 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Multitude Therapeutics. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting folate receptor alpha (FOLR1), which is overexpressed in various solid tumors, conjugated to an undisclosed cytotoxic payload. The drug is designed to selectively deliver the cytotoxic agent to cancer cells expressing folate receptor alpha, thereby inhibiting tumor growth and inducing cell death. Its primary mechanism of action involves antagonism of the folate receptor alpha on tumor cells. AMT-151 is currently being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, endometrial carcinoma, triple negative breast cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, malignant pleural mesothelioma, and others. The drug is administered intravenously.
